The good news is that you can by building your muscle strength, tone and power.
In my helpful resource, I share how strength training is essential for
women over 55, as it provides numerous physical, mental, and
emotional benefits that contrinute to overall good health & well-being.
So you can live well and keep doing the things you love with those you love as you get older.

For most of my life, I wasn't a fit or healthy person. I struggled big-time with being overweight and having health issues, I couldn’t stick to a health routine that made me feel fit, strong & healthy.
Everything changed when I became pregnant at 30 and realised I had to look after more than my own health. Through a mix of exercise, healthy nutrition, and family support – I began a radical lifestyle change that led to several decades of great fitness and health.
In my late 50s, I started noticing real changes—losing strength, gaining abdominal fat, & feeling less mobile.
It felt like this was just what getting older meant.
But one day, I realised I was accepting limits that didn’t need to be there.
So, I created a fitness program that reshaped my life. I lost weight, rebuilt my strength, and improved my health in ways I didn’t think possible.
What I’ve learnt is that getting older doesn’t mean giving up; it’s an opportunity to rise stronger and more determined.
